1. Using DIG
DIG helps people share tasks and find help with everyday services. You must provide accurate information and use the app lawfully.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login details safe. Tell us if you think someone else has accessed it.
3. Tasks and services
Tasks are agreements between users. DIG connects people and is not the employer or provider of any service unless stated otherwise.
4. Payments
Prices, fees and payment terms will be shown before you confirm a task. Payment features are not yet active in this prototype.
5. Conduct
Be respectful. Harassment, fraud, or unsafe or illegal requests may lead to suspension of your account.
6. Changes and contact
We may update these terms and will notify you of important changes. Questions can be sent to the contact address that will be listed here.

1. What we collect
Account details you enter (name, email, date of birth, skills), your address, and basic payment information such as the last 4 digits of a card.
2. Why we use it
To run your account, match tasks with people, show your profile, and process payments once enabled.
3. Sharing
Parts of your profile, such as name and skills, may be visible to other users. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Storage and security
We aim to protect your data with appropriate security measures. This prototype keeps data only in your browser session.
5. Your choices
You can edit your details in Settings, and you will be able to request deletion of your account and data.
6. Address suggestions
When you type a street, the text you type (not your name or account) is sent to the Swiss federal geo service (swisstopo) to suggest addresses, and that service sees your IP address.
7. Your location
If you allow it, the app reads your phone's position to show the nearest city. This happens on your phone only: the position is not sent to DIG or anyone else. You can enter a city instead.
